Chocolate Ghost Pepper and Espresso

Mach1 Hot Sauce is hands down one of the best hot sauces I’ve tried. You can tell they care about quality, the ingredients are clean, there aren’t any unnecessary additives, and the flavor is incredible. Instead of just being painfully hot, it actually enhances whatever you’re eating. Shipping was also surprisingly fast. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

I work for Oliver’s Market in Santa Rosa, California, and not too long ago I stumbled upon a sample bottle of this, but I think it might’ve been the Mach two I was looking for something with a little more heat, so I tried the March one and boy am. I glad I did. This stuff is fabulous not only does it kick up the flavor on whatever it is you put it on but it gives you just the right amount of heat. I love it. This is my new go to hot sauce for everything last night I put it over biscuits and gravy and tonight I put it on tacos. I highly recommend this sauce. This one has a major kick, but the flavor is soooo amazing I put this on everything, bought a bottle near Petaluma bout 3 days ago, almost all gone I highly recommend it if you like the Szechuan tingle and an amazing flavor put together, definitely ordering a whole bunch of these!

I was wanting to give it a 5 star but the order I received the sauce tasted very stale. I eat the am sauce at my canteen it tastes so much better. Is there a way to replace the order? I can vouch for it the stuff sent to me is not fresh. Doesn’t taste good.

All the hot sauces are great, but this one’s my favorite. It’s a great mix of heat and flavor, without being too overpowering. The heat will sneak up on you, though. Try all the flavors.

This has some good warmth to it. Went great with some tacos al pastor.

Well balanced flavor and a savory heat that “grows on you…” that has quickly become one of my go to sauces! Kudos to the team for making an awesome sauce! RAH!

The balance between sweet and smoky is perfect. This has to be one of my favorite hot sauces of all time. It goes good on everything, but I have especially been enjoying it with my eggs every morning.

was actually sad the first time I tried it because I knew that I’d finish the bottle in record time. It really is delicious and an excellent addition to my favorite meals! Well done!

Most sauces only bring one or the other to the table – that is, until Mach 3 rolled into the scene. This is my go-to when I’m feeling brave, otherwise I’m using Mach 1.

Big fan of it all. I’d say for reference a bit more diverse in texture to sriracha, and the perfect heat level for something carb-heavy like some Ramen.

The heat is just right. I kicked up my home made steak chili the other day with it. Also pairs well with any kind of grilled meat with a cold cerveza just in case the heat creeps up to you.
