At Mach 1 Hot Sauce, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here’s what you need to know:
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary based on location but typically take 3-7 business days.
- You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we cannot redirect goods once they are en route to you.
Returns Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how you can return a product:
- Please contact us at contact@mach1hotsauce.com within 14 days of purchase to initiate a return.
- We can only accept returns of unopened bottles of hot sauce. Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles.
- Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when filling the order.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the return has been received and inspected.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at contact@mach1hotsauce.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work with you to ensure the issue is resolved.
